We run recurring back-office work for two kinds of business: finance operations (bookkeeping, payables, reconciliations and month-end close) for companies with a small finance team, and insurance operations (bordereaux, premium and commission reconciliations, policy administration support) for MGAs, coverholders and agencies. We also rebuild fragile spreadsheets as tested applications.

Our team works from India. For clients in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, most of the work happens while your office is closed, so it is ready when your day starts.

No. We work inside the systems you already use, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Xero and the rest. There is nothing to migrate and nothing new for your team to learn.

With a fixed-price project that fixes the problem in front of you, a backlog, a late bordereau, an overdue reconciliation, or a paid pilot on your own data. Access is read-only to begin with.

After the first project, a monthly fee covers an agreed volume, invoices, bank accounts, entities or bordereaux, with a per-unit rate above it. No hourly billing.

No. We don’t prepare tax returns or give tax advice. We hand your tax preparer clean, reconciled books.

Not yet. Cuboid doesn’t hold SOC 2 or ISO/IEC 27001 certification, and our readiness work is internal. Our email, files and working documents are held in Google Workspace, whose infrastructure Google independently certifies to SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001.
